Terms of Service – Lieblings Printables

1. General These terms apply to all purchases made via lieblingsprintables.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital products All products we offer are digital downloads (printables). No physical shipping takes place. After successful payment, you will immediately receive access to your download link via email and/or your account page.

3. Right of withdrawal Under European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. An exception applies to digital products: the right of withdrawal expires once the download has started, provided you have explicitly agreed to this in advance.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• you understand that this is a digital product;
• delivery begins immediately after payment;
• you waive your right of withdrawal once the download starts.

4. Use of products The purchased printables are intended for personal use only. It is not permitted to resell, share, or use the files commercially without written permission.

5. Quality and complaints Do you have a problem with your download or is the file corrupted? Please contact us at lieblings2026@gmail.com. We will be happy to resolve this for you.

6. Applicable law These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
