When you purchase a digital product (such as a download, template, or file), you immediately receive access to the file. Because the product is delivered instantly, your purchase is final — no right to return or refund applies.

If Something Goes Wrong

Should something not work correctly with your download — for example, a corrupted file or an error during downloading — please let us know within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to help resolve the issue or send you a replacement file.
